I wake up at 4.30 am, i pee a lot and after mom changed me, i pee again, so mom put diaper on me. I wet the bed, and i also wet mommy's pants. I had my milk and then sleep again, but mom could not sleep, she went downstairs to have a glass of hot milk and then mop the room.

Daddy went out to the tax office again to report our tax. Eryi po came by this morning, so daddy bring me downstairs while mommy took her bath. I eat avocado and then had some bread. I play on my baby walker for a while with yipo and mom cook my lunch. It was white porridge with fish, carrot, white radish, potato and beans.

Mom took me upstairs after eryipo went home, i watch baby can read dvd and mommy was making homework for her student.

I eat a lot of porridge for lunch, i finish it all, and mom have to cook again for dinner. Daddy went out again to mangga dua after lunch, he left at 2 pm, and i took my nap with mommy, but mommy had class at 2.30 pm. So after i sleep, mom put me in my box. She try to put me 3 times and i keep crying, and then mommy carry me again till i was fast asleep. I sleep on my own, nobody inside the room, mom went downstairs, and she came up to check on me but i was still sleeping. And at 4 pm when mommy came back, i already wake up. I sit in my box crying, tears are all over my cheek. Mommy quickly carry me and hug me, wipe my tears and my mucus. I tap mommy's back, saying i'm ok mom, no worry. I did not cry anymore when mommy carry me. So i went downstairs and had my orange juice. Mommy's student left already.

I was on my baby walker and i play there. Popo and jiujiu accompany me and daddy came home not long after that. I eat my porridge a bit and took my bath. I had my milk too. I pee a lot today, and i poo this morning, but tonight, i only poo a bit. I sleep on daddy's lap when mommy had dinner, i was so sleepy already, and after mommy came upstairs, i had my milk and wake up again.

I sleep early tonight, mom carry me using wrap and i sleep not long after.

I am 10 months 10 days today. Weight: 13,1 kg, Length: 78 cm

I had an appoinment at 1 pm today, it was about my circumcision. Mommy and daddy want to consult the doctor first about it. There were only 2 patient today, the other one is an 7 months boy. The mommy said they already try to circumcised the boy at another hospital, but only using local anesthesia (bius lokal) and the baby keeps moving, so they cancel the circumcision. Thay boy has been having difficulty every time he wants to pee since he was 4 months. Doctor had several test on him, and the last test is his kidney are not doing too good, because of some bacteria and germ in his urine that are stuck in his penis.

When i went inside, and the doctor want to check on me, mommy pull my diaper and i poo on it, hihihihi :) my poo drop onto the bed :) hahahahaha... and it smells bad too, mommy took me to the toilet and washed me first. Daddy thinks that "Dr Catur" isn't very informatif. If i want to be circumcise, he wants to use total anesthesia on me. It cost us Rp 175.000 for a 5 minutes consultation. Well the point is daddy and mommy are not sure anymore, but they still wants me to be circumcised, for health reason.

I eat banana and avocado this morning for brunch at 10 am, and then i had my white rice porridge, with carrot, caisim, fish and anchovy sprinkle on top of it. Mommy used the sustagen plate and i eat a plate full of porridge. That was a lot. I finish it at no time, and some dessert (cold avocado) right from the refrigerator.

Went back from the doctor, it was raining today, quite big, had my milk and daddy carry me with the cloth and i sleep. Well actually i was crying because i want mommy, but she got 3 pm class and so she went downstairs.

Daddy went to government tax office at plumpang this morning, we are reporting our tax and tomorrow daddy will back again.

I had banana for snack this afternoon at about 4.30 pm and mommy let her student watch food inc. She bring the laptop down to her class.

I had my dinner after mommy finish teaching and i eat all of my porridge, plus some avocado, i am still hungry tought, so we went upstairs and i had my milk again.

I can pee like usual now without any helps, I think the spegma are all out now, finally. Mom are still trying to clean my penis this morning. So i pee a lot all day. I had avocado for breakfast and this morning at 10.30 pm, tai po and auntie velika came by, they bring 2 more big and ripe avocado for us. I eat a lot of it, and when mommy start teaching at 11.30 pm, i play downstairs on my baby walker. Daddy cut the rest of the papaya and popo feed me papaya again.

When mommy is finish teaching, i eat my porridge again,today menu is fish, white rice porridge, carrot, paprica, caisim, onion, selery. The weather is so hot and i am so sleepy. So after lunch, i drink my milk and then took my nap until 4 pm. Nice nap. I poo a lot after i wake up and daddy bath me and he went to mangga dua to get his CPU. I was downstairs infront of the tv, playing in my baby walker and popo feed me my dinner at about 5 pm. I almost finish all the porridge, and when mommy finish, we went upstairs, had my milk and i watched "baby can read" while mom took a bath.

It was raining tonight. We did not go out. I had my milk and sleep for a while, mommy had a headache too.

10 months, 8 days. Wake up at about 10 am, took my bath while mom went downstairs and cook my porridge. Today menu is white rice with beans, paprica, carrot, chicken, brocolli. I had my lunch at about 12 midday, and i finish it all. It was hot today, thats why it rains so big this afternoon.

I took my nap, and i wake up before 4 pm. Took my afternoon bath and daddy shave my hair again so it looks cleaner and we went to 3rd sermon church. The baby room is quite crowded with another 1 small baby sleeping in his daddy's arm, 2 bigger baby boy, and 1 bigger baby girl, so 4 boy and 1 girl includes me. Mom feed me my dinner. I eat a lot but i did not finish it because i burp already.

Daddy let me play on the mat for a while, but it was dirty so he let me play at the box. I was very happy. I poo on my diaper and mommy changed me at the toilet.

I had avocado when we went back home. I eat a lot of it, it was so nice, a bit cold, mommy said that was my ice cream. I play with popo when mommy and daddy eat dinner.

My penis is red again today, and i had trouble pee, the nurse told mommy that the spegma ( white dirty things) that came out together with my urine stuck on my penis head, mommy had to clean it everyday, otherwise i can got infected and fever. So mommy and daddy start cleaning my private part with a cotton bud and no more cream or anything else on my penis or testis. Thank you Jesus by afternoon i can pee normally again.

I pee a lot tonight. Mom took me to the toilet every half an hour and i pee. I just wear diaper when i went out, but at home, i did not wear diaper at all, even at night. I can save a lot of diaper then. :) '

We are going to consult with doctor next tuesday for circumcisition. hiks, scary.

Busy day, mom finish her class at 9.30 am, I was supposed to have an appoinment with the doctor but doctor vera had seminar at 9 am, she wants us to came before 9, so we cancel the appoinment. I had my breakfast, white rice with fish, brocoli, paprica, onion, and beans. I eat a lot but after i finish eating it, i vomit it all out. It was all over daddy's pants, so daddy had to change his pants.

Mommy prepare orange juice, fish porridge and instant porridge for me on our trip today. We left the house at 10.30 pm, first we went to artha gading KFC. It was jiejie janice birthday. Mommy let me eat some rice from KFC. I sit on my stroller and mom feed me rice, it was very soft and warm rice and then i drink my orange juice.

We went to daiso to buy some things, and then to ace hardware. After a while i become cranky, i was sleepy already, we went back to the car and i had my milk. Mom went to diamond to buy some groceries and i stay in the car with daddy, I took my nap and daddy let me sleep on the car seat.

Mom had long lines at the cashier, she had to spend a long time to pay, she is so tired by the time she got back to the car. And after that we went to menteng to adorama. We are going to get daddy's album photo.

We went to puri indah, to see daddy and mommy's friend, they just got new baby boy. I wake up when we arrived at the hospital. We only stay there for a while and then we went to er yipo house. I took a bath there with cold water, it was so nice, it feel so fresh. I had my dinner, the instant porridge, i eat it all, i also eat a bit of orange, and i try baskin and robbin ice cream. Daddy was upset that mommy gave me ice cream, so i probably had to wait until i was 5 years old then to had ice cream, thats what daddy said.

It was a farewell party for auntie ferin, she is going to japan to study, she got a scholarship for 5 years. Jiu gong carry me, yipo carry me and popo gonggong also carry me around. I saw a big louhan fish and also lots of gold fish. I play the piano and i also poo on the toilet.

It was raining when we went home, and i sleep in the car again, till we got home.

Mom start her class at 10 am until 12. Daddy did not bring me downstairs for snack, so i just sit on in my box, watching baby can read, until mom came by and feed me my milk, after that she bring me downstairs for lunch. I did not eat a lot, i was sleepy already, after lunch i play in my baby walker, and i was wearing my diaper on. My testis is still red again. Tonight mommy start putting some baby oil on it.

Mommy was not too busy today, tonight, we had cell group at uncle herry house and i was coming too. We were late, we arrived there at 8.30 pm already, and i cry at first but then i stopped crying. I was sitting on daddy's lap while they are learning from the bible and discussing.

I play with uncle herry after cell group was over, daddy and mommy are talking and having snack. I slept inside the car. I was so tired and thirsty already.

Today menu is white and red rice, with chicken, beans, brocolli, garlic, onion.

10 months 5 days today. I wake up at 7 am, and then at 8 am, and then at 9.30 am. I did not pee at all on the bed, i finally pee at 10 pm after i was really wake up, and even after my bath, i pee for a couple of time. Daddy bath me while mom went downstairs to cook my meal. today menu is white rice, with brocolli, garlic, beans, fish and a bit of onion. I eat all my meals for luncht time and then i took my nap, untill 4.30 pm.



Mom was busy teaching till 5.30 pm. I had my milk at 2.40 pm but i did not wake up, i continue my sleep again. I poo for a couple of time 3x actually. I had pear and oatmeal for dinner, and today i dont eat any snacks at all in the afternoon. I just had one small banana for brunch and i continue eating my porridge.

My private area is still red and mom put the diaper rash cream onto it, so tonight i dont wear any diaper at all again.



I sleep early tonight, i had my milk and sleep again at 8.30 pm, maybe its because the classic song that daddy open in the computer. goodnite

we all wake up late today, at about 10 am, mom went downstairs to cook my lunch. I had my bath and then daddy took me down for a banana. I vomit a bit, daddy said thats because i put my finger into my mouth.

I had white rice, with brocolli, beans, beef, and carrot for lunch, but i did not eat much, i was sleepy already. took my nap after my milk and mommy had her first class at 2.30 pm. She finish the class at 5 pm, and when she went back to our room, i was still sleeping, but not long after that i wake up, and took my bath, eat my dinner and then mom teach again till 8 pm. I play at popo room until 9.30 pm. I did not pee too much at night, mom did not put diaper on me, so when i sleep i did not pee at all and i sleep with mommy and daddy tonight.

Went out today, with mommy and daddy to the bank, and we stayed there for quite some time, mom went to the market for a while and me and daddy wait at the bank. I had a small banana for snack at brunch time, and when i came back from the bank, i had my lunch with white rice porridge, fish, beans, carrot, brocolli and garlic.

I took my nap after lunch, and had my milk, but i only sleep for about an hour and i wake up again, poo. I eat apple with oat for snack and i finish it all very quickly. Had my bath with daddy and mommy, and then i sleep again and wake up at 6 pm. I had my snack apple with oatmeal at 2.30 pm

I had my dinner at around 6 pm, mom put my porridge into the microwave to heat it, and i almost eat it all, but daddy did not let me eat too much. I play around with my baby walker and i eat infront of mommy's class. I did not poo today. My private area is red again, so no more diaper tonight.

Mommy and daddy are tired already, actually i sleep already at 11 pm, but because the televison sound is too big, i wake up again at almost midnight. I still can't sleep but mommy and daddy are tired already, they put me in my box let me play by myself and turn off the lights, so i just sit on my box, doing nothing. Mommy saw me, but she keep quiet, she wants to see what am i doing, when i was very sleepy, she pick me up and feed me my milk. the room was all dark.

睡觉... zzz....zzz....zzz....

Today is jiujiu's birthday, he is 17 years old this year. His friend came by and bring a cake for him this morning, i was at my room, but i can hear very clearly all the koko's deep voice. I was taking a bath in the bathroom with mommy and daddy. Mommy cooked white and red rice with carrot, brocolli, beans, fish and chicken stock. I just eat a bit at 11 am, but i finish it all at 1 pm.

I had my nap time on the big bed, and i wake up at 3.30 pm for another milk and then i sleep again. I wake up at 5 pm, and daddy took me downstairs and i sit on my baby walker and i was infront of mommy's class playing with her student, but mommy wont let me go into her class, most of her student are coughing.

I had my bath at about 5.30 already, and then i had my dinner, after mommy took her bath too. Daddy went up to the roof, he took some picture of the rainbow and the afternoon sky.

I had my dinner at about 6 pm, it was potato, with carrot, beans, fish, brocolli and garlic, i eat 2 bowl and then i stay at home with popo and gonggong, because mommy and daddy went out to hermina hospital, auntie yuli 2nd son is born yesterday.

tonight, i play ball and peek a boo with mommy. I sleep at 10 pm, i was so sleepy already.

Mom wake me up at 8.30 am, and dad bath me, i was cranky, because i am not really awake yet, i just want mommy to carry me, i cry while having bath. we left the house at 9 am, and when we arrived at church, it was still crowded, the 1st sermon had just over. Lots of people leaving the church and lots of people comment about my hair.

Mommy is the 2nd sermon worship leader, i was in the baby room with daddy. mom came to baby room and daddy take me to sunday school for toddler and baby, and mom went back to the main hall.

I sleep in the car and when i got home, mommy put me on the sofa and i sleep for about an hour and when i wake up, mom feed me my fish porridge.
When i finished eating, mom and dad took me upstairs, and then dad had his nap, while i play around with mommy. I poo and pee a lot of time, and mom bath me before 4 pm. After that i had my milk and then i sleep again. I wake up at 5.30 pm, and so we are getting ready to go out. This time we really go out. We went to ergu house to see yeye and nainai. They came from bandung from saturday afternoon, but ergu just tell us at saturday night.

I had my dinner at ergu's house, i sit on the sofa beside nainai, and yeye also watch me eat my dinner, while daddy took a video of me. Ergu bring me upstairs to koko reres and koko dio room and i cry very loud, because i was scared, daddy went upstairs and i still cry. i was afraid of the dog.

We left the house and went to gading for dinner, i had my milk in the car. Daddy and mommy had dinner at gado gado boplo and then we went to dynamic bakery, and fruit shop to buy fruit, and then we went to diamond artha gading again. I was sleeping in my car seat, mom went down to shop, and then daddy bring me along too. very tired today, when i got home, i changed and then i sleep.

we saw a family of 4 leaving the restaurant with lots of left over on their plates, rice and chicken, gado gado, half a glass of ice cincau, and a bowl of soup or soto, and we are just wondering why do they have to order a lot if they can't finish it. What an irony, in some other place there are people trying to survive from hunger and eat from other people waste, while we saw with our own eyes, they are throwing away eatable food.

I am officially 10 months old today, how time flies. Thank you Jesus for protecting me, make me grow each day.

I wake up a bit early today, i poo on my diaper, so when mom came upstairs she washed me and then i had my bath with daddy while mom make the bed and sweep the floor. i drink a lot of milk this morning and i was in my box again with daddy, mom had another class at 11 am.

I had difficulty in sleeping from last night, i keep waking up and up. I dont know why, i wake up every 2 hours and it makes mommy can not sleep at all.

Daddy bring me downstairs at almost 12, he put me in the baby walker and let me play around, i was hungry and very sleepy at the time, i have to wait for mommy to finish teaching at 12.30 and then popo feed me my lunch, i was so cranky, mom finish lunch quickly and then bring me back to our room, i slept already when mom carry me. had my milk and i took a long nap. :)

Mom went to church for practice singing for tomorrow morning, i stayed at home with daddy, had some pear and oatmeal puree for my snack at 4 pm, and mom came back at almost 6 pm.
I had my dinner downstairs with mommy and then we went out again to dapur solo for dinner, i was sleeping on mommy lap while they had dinner, i was so sleepy, when mommy and daddy finish eating, i just wake up.

I played around with mommy and daddy tonight, had a great time, i practice standing up everytime i was on the big bed or on my own box. Mom is preparing his worship leader thing for tomorrow.

mom had morning class at 9 am, and then when she finish, she came upstairs and we are preparing to go out today. I am coming too, we went to the bank and money changer. USD rate is Rp. 9.130, but we buy at Rp. 9.115 ( 2nd money). i eat white rice with spinach, carrot, tomato and fish. i dont really eat much this morning, i prefer eating a bit later. so after i had my brunch and daddy eat her brunch too, we left the house.

had a banana after coming back home. and i had my milk and sleep. today is quite a busy day to for all of us. i had pear with oatmeal( very soft) before we left the house. tonight we got cell group at uncle astan house at gading. I also come along. we arrived there at 8.15 pm already, our car had flat tire so we used gong gong car. it was so nice, but the smell of new car is bothering us.

i cry when we arrived there, so mom carry me, but after a while, i was ok. i just sit on the sofa playing with toys that auntie yuli lend me, by the way auntie yuli is pregnant with her 2nd son, her tummy is very big. cell group finish at almost 10 pm and we had snack and then go back home. it was very late, it was 10.40 pm when we got home.

Busy day for mommy, like usual, today mom cook 2 meals for me, in the morning is white rice with chicken liver, potato, carrot, tomato, spinach and garlic. i had my brunch at 10.30 am ( before my bath), but i only eat a bit.

I pee a lot this morning, i even wet mom and dad's blanket. :) actually i pee twice on the big bed. I used all of my long pants already, so mom put a short pants on me.

Dad bring me downstairs at lunch time at 12.30 pm and he feed me with porridge, but i only eat a bit too. I eat it infront of mommy's class so i watch mommy and her student while i have lunch. Dad bring a bowl of rice to mommy and ask her to eat her lunch while teaching. There is one jiejie who cry when coming in, jiejie li xin is sleepy, so mom ask her to wash her face.

After mommy finish, she took me upstairs and she feed me, i was sleepy actually but still could't sleep, so i play around. Mom put me inside my box and left me for a while alone in the car, it was dark but i did not cry. I just sit nicely waiting for mommy and daddy.

i had my nap with daddy and then mom just went back to our room at 5.30 pm, i had banana in the afternoon with daddy. i had my milk when mom came upstairs, after that mommy took a bath. she teach again at 6 pm but before that she had her dinner first.

i play around in my room in my box, and tonight i talk a lot, i even scream very loud now. daddy took a video of me using his canon 7D.

We went out today, we go to mangga dua ITC and then to kartini. I had my brunch inside the car, mom cooked a mashed potato, with carrot, spinach, and cheese. It taste yummy, but it was a bit salty because of the cheese. I never been to mangga dua before, it was crowded with people selling clothes everywhere. i was on my stroller. some people touched me on my hands, my head. :) they all say that i am cute with this mohawk hair.

Mom and dad went to LIDOS baby shop, 3rd floor. they sell baby stuff, today we buy:
1. finger tootbrush ( by carter's) it was a blue brush with 2 side for cleaning teeth and massaging gum. it cost Rp 20.000
2. food feeder bottle for me ( by stony angel) it cost Rp 14.000. it got small spoon in it.

Mom also look for the keep warm baby food jar, they sold a lot of it, the price starts from Rp 80.000 to Rp 400.000 something. the cheapest one is from kuku bill, it was made from plastic, one container only, and the expensive one is "tiger" 2 or 3 container, but at last we did not buy it either.

Dad went downstairs to toy shop and he bought me 100 color ball :) it only cost R 35.000 and a small drum, and green ball ( this is bigger than i had at home ). the green ball is only Rp 7.500.
hehe :) its cheap and i like the ball so much. mom washed it with soap and tie it on top of my box, so i can play with it.

I eat banana when we arrived at home, while mom and dad had their lunch. After lunch we all go back to our room, i did not want to sleep no more, so i play around and drink my milk. daddy went out again, he wants to go to adorama photo lab at menteng, so i stay with mommy. mommy also start to have headache, maybe its the hot weather.

I had my dinner at 5 pm, mom cooked hainam rice with fish, carrot, garlic and mint leaf. it taste good. i eat 2 bowl and i went back to my room, take a shower, had my milk and sleep. i just start sleeping at 6 pm, but then mom moved me to popo's room at 6.30 pm because she is going to teach downstairs, so i wake up again.

Today is my popo's 51 birthday. Daddy bought eaton cake on his way home, mom let me eat a bit. :) nice chocolate cake, it smells good. We cut the cake after dinner time and blow the candle. Daddy took a picture and video using his Canon 7D. eryi call not long after to say happy birthday to popo.

Today is hindu people holiday, so mom did not teach and gong gong popo also did not work, mom wake up at 6 am and she turn on the tv to watch cable, and she went downstairs to cook my porridge. daddy had a tummy ache since last night, he poo twice already and his tummy is in pain, very pain, so mommy take a medicine for daddy. i wake up at 10.30 am, well actually i wake up several time from last night, mom try to make me pee on my potty, but sometimes i miss, so i pee on mommy's bed.

I had my porridge before bath, i still wear my pyjamas on with short pants. we did not go out today, we just stayed at home. took my nap at 1.30 pm, daddy and mommy also sleep with me. i wake up at almost 4 pm, and then i poo and pee. when mommy took me to jiujiu's room, i poo again, so she bath me at jiujiu's toilet with a cold water and then i sit in my baby walker and play around at jiujiu's room. when jiujiu came home, mom took a bath and i just play around.

i had my dinner at 5.30 pm. i eat white rice porridge with potato, carrot, chicken liver, and a bit of anchovy powder. i eat quite a lot, i finish all my porridge and then i went back to my room.

We had dinner at 6.30 pm, popo cooked the salmon head and i just watched them eat. mom put a tiny bit of baronang fish meat into my mouth. mommy play with me first while everyone eat. i poo after my dinner, but this time it was dark green, maybe i got lot of wind in my tummy. i poo 4 times today, mommy starts to worry that i eat something wrong that make my tummy ache.

After dinner, we all went out to golden truly department store, i was sleeping in the car, we rode on gong gong new car innova, when we get there, mom and dad put me on my stroller and i continue my sleep. mom bought a bra for herself and short pants, dad bought a new black shirt, and i got 2 t-shirt a white one and red one. GT man kids t-shirt. mom was going to buy me new pants or jeans, but it cost a lot for a baby jeans. popo also bought pizza and jiujiu bought new pants. i try the pizza bread, and when we reached home, changed to new pyjamas and then had my milk and sleep. goodnite.

5 more days before 10 months old. :) today menu is: white rice, oat, spinach, potato, carrot for lunch, and plus chicken liver for dinner and a bit of japanese anchovy. popo cooked it and then grind it to powder with a food processor. i had banana before lunch time and then i drink a bit of milk. i eat my lunch with daddy and then i play around, waiting for mommy to finish her class at 1 pm. i was in my baby walker and i came into mommy's class. i am so happy playing inside the class, but then i pee so mom took me outside and change me.
went out tonight, we go to carefour at MOI gading, i was sleeping when we get there, so sleepy, mom put me on my stroller and i sleep while daddy push me around. mom bought my diaper, bread, cake, some peanut and biscuits for daddy's snack and some banana. mom chat with xiao yipo at LA and i play inside my box, i bump my head for a while and i start crying and when its time to sleep, mom carry me with wraper, and when she was put me on the big, i stand by myself and nobody notice me, suddenly i just fall and bump my forehead to the wall. :( it was so painful, i cry so loud, daddy quickly carry me and try to calm me, and i keep crying for quite some time, mommy rub zambuk on my head and then i had my milk and sleep. mom says she is sorry for not paying attention to me. goodnite everyone.

went to 2nd sermon today at 10 am, the baby room was crowded, and in front of us a couple bring their baby boy, and the mother and father keep coughing, sneezing, so dad ask mom to bring me out. i eat banana in the baby room and there are 2 girls that is so noisy, and also 2 mates talking while we are joining the sermon.

mom bring me outside and then we went into the baby room at the other side, there were all adults and i stayed there, but i was cranky because i was sleepy, so mom took me outside and we went into the library, we met uncle jacky there, he is mommy's cell group friends, he came to the hospital and visit mommy and daddy when mom gave birth to me. his wife auntie christina really like me, she carry me and play with me.
we went home after church and i have my lunch today menu is white and red rice with lots of anchovy ( made in japan), potato, carrot. popo cooked it for me, but the anchovy is too hard for me, so mom pick it out and she eat it for me. i almost choked several time. i poo in my diaper after my lunch time, after cleaning me and change clothes, we all went back to our room, i have my milk and took a nap. i sleep from 1.30 pm to 4 pm.
while i sleep, mom went to kartini, she was going to buy mandarin books for her student, but it was closed, so she drove back home. daddy, mommy and me went to the park this afternoon, and after that i took my bath and play at jiujiu's room for awhile, and popo took me to her bedroom, i play with them, while mommy and daddy have their dinner. (shabu shabu for dinner)
i finish all of my porridge tonight, and my tummy is very full, daddy said: " mom look haydn tummy is very hard already, dont let him eat too much."

i watched my video tonight, daddy shoot it with canon eos 7D, the video was so clear and nice.

Kebahagiaan memang menjadi faktor yang begitu didambakan bagi semua orang.

Hampir segala tujuan muaranya ada pada kebahagiaan. Kebanyakan orang baru bisa
merasakan *hidup* jika sudah menemukan kebahagiaan.

Pertanyaannya, di mana kita bisa mencari kebahagiaan?

Apakah di pusat pertokoan? Salon kecantikan yg mahal? Restoran mewah?
Di Hawaii? di Paris? atau di mana?

Sesungguhnya, kebahagiaan itu tdk perlu dicari kemana-mana... karena ia ada
di hati setiap manusia.

Carilah kebahagiaan dalam hatimu!
Telusuri 'rasa' itu dalam kalbumu!
Percayalah, ia tak akan lari kemana-mana...

Hari ini saya akan berbagi tips bagaimana kita sesungguhnya bisa
mendapatkan kebahagiaan *setiap hari*.

Berikut adalah tips yang bisa anda
lakukan:

1. Mulailah Berbagi!
Ciptakan suasana bahagia dengan cara berbagi dengan orang lain. Dengan cara
berbagi akan menjadikan hidup kita terasa lebih berarti.

2. Bebaskan hati dari rasa benci, bebaskan pikiran dari segala kekhawatiran.
Menyimpan rasa benci, marah atau dengki anya akan membuat hati merasa tidak
nyaman dan tersiksa.

3. Murahlah dalam memaafkan!
Jika ada orang yang menyakiti, jangan balik memaki-maki. Mendingan berteriak
"Hey! Kamu sudah saya maafkan!!".

Dengan memiliki sikap demikian, hati kita akan menjadi lebih tenang, dan
amarah kita bisa hilang. Tidak percaya?
Coba saja! Saya sering melakukannya. :-)

4. Lakukan sesuatu yang bermakna.
Hidup di dunia ini hanya sementara.
Lebih baik anda gunakan setiap waktu dan kesempatan yang ada untuk melakukan
hal-hal yang bermakna, untuk diri sendiri, keluarga, dan orang lain.

Dengan cara seperti ini maka kebahagiaan anda akan bertambah dan
terus bertambah.

5. Dan yang terakhir, anda jangan terlalu banyak berharap pada orang
lain, nanti anda akan kecewa!

Ingat, kebahagiaan merupakan tanggung jawab masing-masing, bukan tanggung
jawab teman, keluarga, kekasih, atau orang lain.

mom had morning class today at 8 am, but she wake up at 5.30 am already, cleaning up our .room, read the bible. mommy finish class at 9.30 am and then had one and half hour of break. daddy bring me downstairs, i had my porridge and then i went back to my room for milk. mom teach again at 11 am, and daddy is preparing his things for photo hunting at FX mall. after mommy finish class, i had my lunch again, but i only eat a bit, because i was very sleepy. i had my milk and sleep right away. mommy is preparing my things, because i am going out with mommy and her friend auntie widya.
daddy left after lunch, he went photo hunting today, he will be back at night. auntie widya pick us up at 1.30 pm and then we ride on her car, i sit on my car seat and sleep again on the road, we are going to belle bridal, mom bought her wedding dress there. the car was hot, it was an old kijang, but it was dirty, auntie widya eat her lunch inside the car with a bowl and she did not finished her lunch until an hour later.
We were at the bridal for quite some time, more than an hour, and auntie sisi carry me, play with me at the bridal. We went to a restaurant before we went home, i eat a bit avocado from es campur, and mommy also give me potato from ketoprak.
Finally arrived at home at almost 6 pm, very tired, i eat my dinner in the car, at about 5 pm, i had instant porridge and i eat it all, i was hungry already, only drink a bit of milk at the bridal.
Took my bath, had my milk and then i sleep right away, very tired.

friday, 9th March 2010

mom had 9 am class this morning, and daddy also wake up early today, after mommy finish her class, we went out to the bank today. mommy and daddy got things at the bank, i was sleeping in my car seat, but mom had to go down and sign something, so she carry me with meitai and i wake up again. we went to 2 bank and then went home. I eat my porridge, today menu is white rice with potato, carrot, tomato, chicken stock, spinach. it taste good, i eat quite a lot, i eat 2 bowl of it. and when i finish, we went back to our room, had my milk and sleep. mom student came early today, it was supposed to be 2 pm, but they came before 2 pm. dad went out for a while, he left at 3.30 pm so i stay with mommy. mom bath me and also print a jacky chan song lyrics for her student.
mom teach her student how to sing jacky chan song. and they sang it at class, she also buy chicken satay for her student tonight. i had my porridge with daddy, but i only eat a bit, i was so sleepy already.
after mommy finish her class, we went out to uncle astan and auntie yuli house at gading mediteranian. we arrived there at 8 pm, and they start KK already. auntie yuli is pregnant with 2 son now, she is 34 weeks already. i start crying a bit, when arriving at gading, i never see them, and i dont know them yet, but i only cry for awhile. I sat on mommy's lap during the cell group, and i behave very good. mom and dad let me drink from a cup using straw. The cell group finish at 9.30 pm, and then they eat some snack and we left the house at 10 pm.
Mommy was very tired already, and when we arrived home, we get ready to sleep, change our clothes, wash our face, brush our teeth. good nite. daddy sleep first, mom and i sleep later.

i keep waking up last night, i think i can only really sleep when it was daylight. mom cook my porridge at around 9 am, today menu: white & red rice porridge, with chicken liver, chicken bone, cauliflower, potato, carrot and had one banana for dessert after my lunch and eat my sweet potato and pumpkin for snack this afternoon. daddy went out to mangga dua today, he is going to buy a voice recorder and he also left his computer PC to mangga dua. i stay with popo for a while when mom start her class at 11.30 pm and daddy came home at 12.30 pm. i took my nap and mom feed me my milk and i sleep till 2.30 pm. daddy put me in my baby walker and i can go around the house now. i went to mommy class and stand infront of the class, watching mommy teaching and also play around with her student.
daddy took me strolling to the park, but i cry when i see a man carrying his 6 months baby, so daddy took me back and bath me. mom finish her class at 5.30 pm and she feed me my milk first and then i went downstairs with mommy for my dinner, i finish all of my porridge already. now i eat more and more. mommy last student of the day did not come, so we went back to our room and mom took her bath, while i play in my box. i was very sleepy already. i sleep on mommy's lap when mom had her dinner and i sleep in popo's room. dad and mom went out tonight. daddy went to optic bipola to get his glasses, and then they stop by at farmers market to buy things. mom bought an organic spinach for me. mom and dad also stopped by at sony center to look at voice recorder, but it was too expensive. mom was going to buy me a finger toothbrush made in taiwan but daddy did not agree because it was not a real toothbrush, and it cost much, it was 54.000 Rp and so they cancel the finger toothbrush.

i dont really have a good sleep at night, i wake up every 2 hours and so mom moved me into the big bed and i sleep with mommy and daddy. mom wake up early in the morning to cook my meal and then sleep again, we wake up very late at around 11 am, took my bath, and then eat my meal. i had pumpkin and sweet potato for appetizer and then i eat a bit of rice with mommy. i had my milk and then i took my nap. mom start her class at 2 pm until 4.30 and i went downstairs with daddy. i had my dinner with popo and i eat all of my porridge, mommy is teaching and daddy went out to a photographer club meeting. today menu is white rice porridge with potato, cauliflower, beef, and chicken liver. yummy, popo also add a bit of pigeon soup. i finish it very fast. i also eat a bit of banana for lunch. i poo 3x too today. hehehe :) daddy is testing his CANON 7D but he is using the video, he's been recording me while i have my bath, when i play around. mom sang me a new song tonight, from jacky chan (爸妈的话) it was a nice song. sleep very late tonight, because i sleep already at 8.30 pm and then i wake up again at 11 pm, and cant sleep till midnight. mom carry me using a long cloth from auntie devi, but i still cant sleep altough i was so sleepy. i think i will sleep easily if mommy sang for me, but she is not in a good mood so she didnt sing. :(

tuesday, 9th March 2010...

sleep till almost 11 pm, daddy drop his glasses in the toilet and it break, so we went to bipola optic after lunch. i sleep on my way home inside the car. i had my milk but i dont want to sleep yet, i play around on the bed, and mom start her class at 3 pm, dad put me in my box and i watched baby can read, while dad took his rest. i dont want to sleep until almost 4.30 mom give me milk again, and i sleep till 6 pm.
i took my bath at 6 pm and dad groom my mohawk hair a bit, and i went downstairs, popo feed me my porridge with fish meat, i also eat fish and a bit of rice for lunch. i eat it all and i eat my sweet potato and pumpkin again while mommy eat her dinner. i poo 3 times today, first in the morning, second is with popo after dinner and third before i sleep. :)
i play with my new toys xylophone and my new camera toys, it was so nice, i took a picture of daddy. the camera looks like daddy camera. marvelous. hihihi...

i wake up quite late today, because last night i can sleep again at around 2 am, actually i sleep already and then i wake up again. i sleep with mommy on mommy's bed, i changed places several time until i was so sleepy and sleep.
this morning when mommy cook my porridge, she forgot to turn the slow cooker on, so it is warm but not cooked, when i went downstairs for my lunch, the porridge is not cooked yet, so mom gave sweet potato the one that popo bought from carefour supermarket, it was so nice, sweet and yummy, i eat a lot. i accompany mommy for a while in her class, but it seems that her student are not very welcoming, so she took me outside with popo and gong gong. after they had lunch, popo feed me my porridge, mom came out to help, but her student keep coming out and calling her.
mom took me to jiujiu's room for nap, but i dont want to sleep, i had my milk and then i play around, so she took me to her class for another class, she carry me using mei tai and i was asleep right away. i only sleep for 30 minutes and i wake up, the 2 jiejie speaks so loud, makes me wake up, and then mom take me to the toilet to pee, then i stay with popo and gonggong.
when mommy had her break at 2.30 pm the 2 jiejie bring their hedgehog and let us see, i was so happy, never see an animal like that before, but we did not touch it, because it seems danger.
i had my milk for awhile at popo room and then i went down again, stay with popo and gonggong. mommy finish teaching at 5.30 pm and then i had my dinner, i was very sleepy actually, i finish all my dinner and then mommy had her dinner. mom already bath me before 4 pm at popo's room. After mommy finish, she went to our room first, turn on the ac and took a bath and came down for me. This morning before going downstairs, we clean the ac first, it was so dusty.
i had my milk and then i play in my room, daddy was supposed to arriving at kelapa gading at 7 pm, i sleep before 7 and mom put me at popo's room, the room was still hot and mom had to wait for a while for me to really fall a sleep, so she waited until 7 pm, daddy already call and said that he had arrived already, mommy rushed to pick him up, luckily the traffic was ok tonight.
i wake up after 8 pm, had a bit of sunkist, mom and dad are still having dinner downstairs and guess what, daddy bought me a new toy, a xylophone, it was a small one, hehe. nice :)
daddy told me and mommy that dagu is going to give us piano :) daddy bought something while waiting for mommy to pick him up, it was a rough surface sticker to prevent slippery, so tonight daddy put the sticker on the stairs infront of our room, to prevent slippery stairs. thank you dad.

mommy wake me up at 6.40 am today, i am still very sleepy, but i have to take a bath because we are going to drive daddy to kelapa gading, he is going to bandung this morning. daddy is going to attend his best friend wedding there, we left from gading back to our home, mom is also very sleepy, i sleep on my car seat on the middle seat.
when we reached home, i wake up again, mom feed me a bit of porridge that she cooked before we left this morning, i eat it and then went back to our room, changed the diaper, drink my milk and sleep again till 12 midday. i had my lunch together with jiujiu and mommy, and after lunch i eat a whole small orange, i like it a lot, oh yeah i also poo a bit. it was so hot downstairs, altough we open 2 fan already, i was still full of sweat.
mom think i sleep a lot today, i sleep again at 3.30 pm till 6.30 pm and then i went downstairs after my milk and pee a lot, i had my dinner, i finish all the porridge and i also eat a bit of avocado too. i pee a lot too, pee for several time after i wake up. After dinner, me and mommy went back to our room, took a bath and i play bymyself when mommy chats with eryi, i watched baby can read when she took a bath, and then i poo again in my diaper, after washing it, i was very sleepy, so when mom show me my birthday photo, i sleep in her arms. so tired, good nite
mommy try the new EOS 7D tonight. we did not go to church today.

saturday, 7th Feb 2010...yippi..

my daddy left again this morning to join photo competition at JHCC, and when i wake up, i havent had my bath, i already went downstairs, i had my milk with mommy at the sofa and then popo took me upstairs to her room for shower. i sleep for awhile after my bath, and when i wake up i eat my lunch after mom finish her class at 12. today menu: white rice, anchovy, beef, chicken liver. yummy, i finish it all.
after mommy had her lunch, she went upstairs to our room first, she clean up, took a shower, and then went downstairs for me, i had my milk and then i took my nap again from 2.30 until 5.30 pm. nice sleep, today i sleep a lot. after dinner i also sleep again after my milk.
popo chat with eryi, but i seems to forget her already, or maybe i was not in a mood for chatting, i was sleepy already.
good news: " daddy won 1st prize of photo competition at JHCC fashion on stage" so proud of you dad. he got canon EOS 7D ( body) for the prize. Mom was so excited and so am i.

busy day for mommy and daddy, when i wake up in the morning, daddy quickly bath me because we are going to meet dagu, jiejie cincin and ergu at mega restaurant. we arrived there at 11 pm, and not long after that it was raining heavily... i eat bakpau tausa and had 3 or 4 spoon of white porridge. we rushed back home at 12 because daddy had to go to JHCC again.
daddy left short after he took his things and changed clothes, i was eating my porridge with mommy sitting on my high chair and after lunch, we went back to our room, had my milk, play for a while and sleep. mom had headache but not very hurt, so when mom teach at 2 pm, popo accompany me in my room. i wake up around 3 pm, just the time mom finish her class. i had my bath and i had my snack at 4 pm, i eat a lot of avocado, it was so delicious, i like very much.
i stay with popo and gong gong when mommy teach and then at almost 6 pm, mom carry me using meitai, i was almost asleep, but popo carry me again and feed me porridge so i had my dinner and i took another bath again at popo's bathroom. i did not sleep at all, i play around with popo, gonggong and jiujiu.
when mom finish class, she eat her dinner, took a shower and then came for me, we went back to our room, i had my milk and then i sleep. daddy came home very late tonight, he bring me a toy, it was like a windmill, but it got lights on it, it was so nice, but after i play with it for awhile, it was broken. mom had a headache tonight, she is such in pain, that she had to take paracetamol and i wake up again at midnight. mommy and daddy sleep very late, i finally sleep in my box by myself.

thursday, 4th Feb 2010

dad joins the photo competition this afternoon but he had to leave early, he left not long after lunch and so i took my nap with popo at jiujiu's room. i sleep for about 2 hours and then when i wake up popo feed me, actually i eat a bit before mom start her class at 11 am already.

when mommy teach, i play by myself sitting in my stroller with the toys that eryi bought for me from UK. mom finish class at 5.30 pm, she did not teach the last class, because i havent taken my bath yet, and she got to do some cleaning inside our room, apparently she found out that there are lots of small red ants all over the table in the room.

after mom finish, she took me outside for a while, i was very happy seeing the jiejie and gege and i laugh happily, and then we went back to our room for shower, it was almost 6 pm already, i did not wear my diapers, mom put me in my box and she starts to clean up the table, suddenly i got so cranky, i called mommy and she did not listen when she turns her head and look at me, she was shock. :)

poo was all over my legs, feet, bed, book, ball, and pillow. it smells so bad, mom quickly lift it me up and bring me to the toilet. my body was all cover up with poo, it was on my fingers, my leg, my thigh, my clothes. hiks :(

mom did not get upset with me, :) she cleans my bed, and the room, i stayed with jiujiu for a while in his room, i sit on my baby walker, and watch my "baby can read" dvd.when mom is finish, she came to jiujiu's room and she took her bath at jiujiu's bathroom. we went downstairs for dinner and i finish all my pasta, after that we went back to our room, i had my milk and sleep. i was very very sleepy actually, it was around 8 pm already.

daddy came home very late, dagu and jiejie cincin came from bandung today, daddy stop by at er gu's house on his way home from JHCC, that's why daddy came home very late. goodnite everyone, i am sleepy now, tonight i will probably sleep on the big bed again. :)

9 teknik untuk berhenti berpikir negatif

Untuk sebagian besar dari kita, berpikir negatif mungkin sudah menjadi bagian dari diri. Ketika hal-hal tidak sesuai rencana, kita dengan mudah merasa depresi dan tidak bisa melihat sisi baik dari kejadian tersebut…

Berpikiran negatif tidak membawa kemana-mana, kecuali membuat perasaan tambah buruk, yang lalu akan berakibat performa kita mengecewakan. Hal ini bisa menjadi lingkaran yang tidak berujung.


1. Hidup di saat ini.
Memikirkan masa lalu atau masa depan adalah hal yang sering membuat kita cemas. Jarang sekali kita panik karena kejadian masa sekarang. Jika Anda menemukan pikiran anda terkukung dalam apa yang telah terjadi atau apa yang belum terjadi, ingatlah bahwa hanya masa kini yang dapat kita kontrol.

2. Katakan hal positif pada diri sendiri
Katakan pada diri Anda bahwa Anda kuat, Anda mampu. Ucapkan hal tersebut terus-menerus, kapanpun. Terutama, mulailah hari dengan mengatakan hal positif tentang diri sendiri dan hari itu, tidak peduli jika hari itu Anda harus mengambil keputusan sulit ataupun Anda tidak mempercayai apa yang telah Anda katakan pada diri sendiri.

3. Percaya pada kekuatan pikiran positif
Jika Anda berpikir positif, hal-hal positif akan datang dan kesulitan-kesulitan akan terasa lebih ringan. Sebaliknya, jika Anda berpikiran negatif, hal-hal negatif akan menimpa Anda. Hal ini adalah hukum universal, seperti layaknya hukum gravitasi atau pertukaran energi. Tidak akan mudah untuk mengubah pola pikir Anda, namun usahanya sebanding dengan hasil yang bisa Anda petik.

4. Jangan berdiam diri.
Telusuri apa yang membuat Anda berpikiran negatif, perbaiki, dan kembali maju. Jika hal tersebut tidak bisa diperbaiki lagi, berhenti mengeluh dan menyesal karena hal itu hanya akan menghabiskan waktu dan energi Anda, juga membuat Anda merasa tambah buruk. Terimalah apa yang telah terjadi, petik hikmah/pelajaran dari hal tersebut, dan kembali maju.

5. Fokus pada hal-hal positif.
Ketika kita sedang sedang berpikiran negatif, seringkali kita lupa akan apa yang kita miliki dan lebih berfokus pada apa yang tidak kita miliki. Buatlah sebuah jurnal rasa syukur. Tidak masalah waktunya, tiap hari tulislah lima enam hal positif yang terjadi pada hari tersebut. Hal positif itu bisa berupa hal-hal besar ataupun sekadar hal-hal kecil seperti ‘hari ini cerah’ atau ‘makan sore hari ini menakjubkan’. Selama Anda tetap konsisten melakukan kegiatan ini, hal ini mampu mengubah pemikiran negatif Anda menjadi suatu pemikiran positif. Dan ketika Anda mulai merasa berpikiran negatif, baca kembali jurnal tersebut.

6. Bergeraklah
Berolahraga melepaskan endorphin yang mampu membuat perasaaan Anda menjadi lebih baik. Apakah itu sekadar berjalan mengelelingi blok ataupun berlari sepuluh kilometer, aktifitas fisik akan membuat diri kita merasa lebih baik. Ketika Anda merasa down, aktifitas olahraga lima belas menit dapat membuat Anda merasa lebih baik.

7. Hadapi rasa takutmu
Perasaan negatif muncul dari rasa takut, makin takut Anda akan hidup, makin banyak pikiran negatif dalam diri Anda. Jika Anda takut akan sesuatu, lakukan sesuatu itu. Rasa takut adalah bagian dari hidup namun kita memiliki pilihan untuk tidak membiarkan rasa takut menghentikan kita.

8. Coba hal-hal baru
Mencoba hal-hal baru juga dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri. Dengan mengatakan ya pada kehidupan Anda membuka lebih banyak kesempatan untuk bertumbuh. Jauhi pikiran ‘ya, tapi…’. Pengalaman baru, kecil atau besar, membuat hidup terasa lebih menyenangkan dan berguna.

9. Ubah cara pandang
Ketika sesuatu tidak berjalan dengan baik, cari cara untuk melihat hal tersebut dari sudut pandang yang lebih positif. Dalam setiap tantangan terdapat keuntungan, dalam setiap keuntungan terdapat tantangan.

mom took me to GOR sunter today for sunbathing, we went there with popo and gonggong and they walk around for sport and i sit on my stroller and have my sunbath... mom also feels fresh after a walk in the morning under the sun.... i think everyone should take time to do some sports everyday. i eat a bit of apple and then took my bath and had my milk and sleep.

today menu is white rice and beef, chicken liver, chicken meat, carrot, potato. mom did not put any cheese today, i had my lunch at lunch time and then i had my milk and then nap time. i can sleep for 2 hours now. i accompany mommy at 4 pm class and then i eat my porridge, after that took a bath, and then went downstairs again for dinner, accompany mommy at her 6.30 pm class for a while because most of her student is late.

my private area is a bit itchy this 2 days, i dont know why, and today, i start scratching it.hiks, hiks. :( i hope it will get better soon. i hardly wear diaper today, only when taking nap and bedtime at night.

2nd day of March 2010...tuesday...

i can wake up very late today, it's tuesday... i did not had my bath yet when i have my brunch... :) that why popo said i smell hihihihi..... mom let me eat my baby biscuit all by myself, so i sit on my high chair and bite the biscuit, yes i did messed up a bit, but not that dirty, oh i also poo when i eat, mom washed me after i finished with biscuit, and bread.... i poo a lot, because i eat papaya last night... so my poo mostly are papaya...



after that i had my bath, it was midday already... after bath, i had my milk and then i watched baby can read in my box, while mom clean up the room, took her bath and change the bed sheet...i accompany daddy downstairs for a while, and then we went back to our room, had my milk and then i took my 45 minutes nap... when i wake up i had my lunch... today menu is red and white rice with potato, carrot, labu siam, beef, pasta, and cheese

1st day of March 2010 (video)

today menu, mashed potato with carrot, chicken liver for brunch, and for lunch and dinner, it was mashed sweet potato, with beef and carrot... i had papaya for dessert...

i sleep from 2 pm, till 5.30 pm for nap... :) and then daddy wake me up because i had to take my bath already.... mom and dad had a nice dinner at home, popo cooked beef steak... and it smeel so good.

daddy is back to work again tonight, so we dont want to disturb him...i sleep very late too, actually i already sleep at 10.30 pm but then i wake up again, when mom make the bread and peel the apple... i eat a little apple and then i played around again... i probably sleep at 2 am...

sunday, 28th Feb 2010 (last day of the month- video)

we went to the 3rd sermon at 5 pm, it was very cloudy, almost raining... but it was very very hot in the morning, the electricity man came to fix the the house electric...something wrong with the cable, so the electric keeps turning off, the house was messy and i keep sweating while having my lunch in the dining table... i have my nap after lunch, and i sleep from almost 3 pm untill 4.30 pm when mom wake me up, getting ready for church.

the baby room was empty, only the 3 of us inside... i had my dinner there, and i eat quite a lot of my apple and oat meal porridge, it was yummy, taste sweet.... we did not go out again tonight, had dinner at home and i eat the instant baby porridge from milna, i eat a lot too... dad try to fix the pc, he used the old pentium 4 one, and tonight he is busy downloading program... i am cranky again, did not want to sleep again... i ended up sleeping with mom and dad on the big bed...tonight, the electricity was off for several time again... it seems that the guy who fixed it make it worst....

saturday, 27th Feb 2010 ( 9 months 7 day)

we did not went out today, mom had class at 9.30 pm and only 1 student came, and next class is 2 jiejie, i stayed in my room until mom finished teaching and then went downstairs for lunch.... today menu is red rice, with potato, carrot, and beef... i had papaya in the afternoon after lunch time.... altough i was so sleepy, i dont want to sleep after my milk, daddy called the tv cable and asked them to changed our channel... i can stand by my own now, and i can stand much longer than i usually do, and then i still fall sitting on my butt... but i'm so happy... tonight, i was playing with mommy and learning from the computer, i read my dominian, my chinese flash card that mom made for me, and i keep crawling and standing in my box.... there were small red ants in our room, under daddy's chairs, there were quiet a lot of it, and mommy got bitten on the thigh 2, mom did not like the ants, so she start cleaning the floor, mopping it while i just watched her in my box..

tonight, i acctually sleep already at 11 pm, but then i wake up again, and i cant sleep until 2.30 pm.... mom got a bit upset to me... i was cranky and so she put me in my box again while she lied down...i sleep with mom and dad again tonight... oh yeah i forgot, i wear long pants without diaper and then short arms of t-shirt while i sleep, feel comfi, but still sweat a bit, i did not wet my bed at all... :)
